Dr. Spielman’s vision board process was developed and refined over her 40 years of creating annual vision boards for herself and by teaching her children to use their imagination and create a vision and a vision board (starting as young children).
She has also taught her 1000’s of therapy and life & performance coaching clients, for over 30 years, to successfully use this process.
