We will incorporate our loving team of therapy animals, poignant songs, deep level meditations, powerful words, self-care modalities and community to support you on your journey!!
SONG SUNDAY
Join us each Sunday for the next 12 weeks October 15 - December 31, 2023 for SONG SUNDAY featuring our Special Series Entitled: A JOURNEY TO SELF-HEALING…
Each Sunday, I will post and discuss a song with lyrics related to an aspect of healing. I will also offer an activity, suggestion or challenge for those resonating with that aspect of healing.
MEDITATION MONDAY
Join us each Monday from October 16 - December 25, 2023 for MEDITATION MONDAY featuring our Special Series Entitled: A JOURNEY TO SELF-HEALING…
Each Monday, I will post a short 3-5 minute meditation related to the week’s aspect of healing. I will also offer a 1 hour downloadable meditation related to the week’s aspect of healing that can be found in our website’s MEDITATION LIBRARY.
SNACK TIME WITH LITTLE MAN TUESDAY
Join us each Tuesday from October 17 - December 26, 2023 for SNACK TIME WITH LITTLE MAN TUESDAY featuring LITTLE MAN, my loving little son and our certified therapy mini horse.
Each Tuesday, I will post Little Man and I sharing a favorite quote along with Little Man enjoying some of his favorite treats.
WORD WEDNESDAY
Join us each Wednesday from October 18 - December 27, 2023 for WORD WEDNESDAY featuring our Special Series Entitled: A JOURNEY TO SELF-HEALING…
Each Wednesday, I will discuss a word associated with the week’s aspect of healing and offer an activity, suggestion or challenge associated with the week’s word.
STORY TIME WITH PETUNIA THURSDAY
Join us each Thursday from October 19 - December 28, 2023 for STORY TIME WITH PETUNIA featuring PETUNIA, my precious daughter and certified therapy mini pig.
Each Thursday, Petunia and I will be reading a children’s story and discussing the theme of the story. We invite children of ALL ages from 0 - 100+.
FUN ON THE FARM FRIDAY WITH BLUE AND FRIENDS
Join us each Friday from October 21 - December 29, 2023 for FUN ON THE FARM FRIDAY WITH BLUE AND FRIENDS.
Each Friday, BLUE, my sweet son, sidekick, mini goat and barn manager along with his 4-legged team of recreational therapists and barnyard friends will give you a bird’s eye view of the fun, frolicking and antics here at the farm.
SELF-CARE SATURDAY
Join us each Saturday from October 22 - December 20, 2023 for SELF-CARE SATURDAY featuring our Special Series Entitled: A JOURNEY TO SELF-HEALING.
Each Saturday, I will discuss an important aspect of self-care and it’s role in healing as well as an activity, suggestion or challenge related to self-care and self-healing.
